There is a lot of research that suggests Play, imagination,
movement, connection, laughter & rest are good medicine to help release
tension and stress!
MOVEMENT
Drama therapists will facilitate
somatic exercises, art activities and drama techniques. This will help you get in touch with your inner child and playful side!

Alicia (MA, RDT), Daphne (MA), and Katrina (MA) are Drama Therapists.
We are playful, creative, delightful and also we are deeply flawed humans! We love challenging, recognizing and letting go of negative patterns! We know that play is a great way to disrupt unhelpful repetitions, release stress, and find new ways of engaging with the world.
